3 generation age gaps work in our companies nowadays, namely Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z. Gen Z or iGen has prowess in a digital environment including learning. But it doesn’t say that the older generation like X can’t keep up with the trend using LMS; they can use it but need some features that might ease them such as easy login, simple looks yet comprehensive.

3. One-stop service

Digital means easier. If your digital process just makes things more complicated, means you must leave it. The vast development of technology and apps sustains the rapid growth of LMS in terms of number. Having an LMS that provides 1 stop service for all your learning activities may be essential, you don’t have to open many apps to do some analytics or learning. Just one platform learning for all learning activities.

4. Interactive and accountable content

In this era where videos on YouTube and social media are more interactive than before, the learning content in LMS should also keep up with this trend. Creating interesting content so that learners can engage throughout the learning process. Second, much information in this digital era is easy to spread and not curated, having accountable and curated content for your learner will increase the credibility of the knowledge attained.
